I believe it takes courage to acknowledge and address your mental health needs. That’s why I strive to create a non-judgmental, supportive environment where individuals feel safe to explore their challenges and develop practical coping skills and tools to improve their lives. I’m bilingual in Spanish and English, and I’ve been working in the mental health field for the past six years. Throughout this journey, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, crisis intervention, substance use, trauma, and multicultural concerns.
My approach to therapy is eclectic and individualized, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based practices, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, and Person-Centered therapy. I tailor treatment plans to each person's unique needs, always taking a holistic perspective.
I deeply value diversity and operate from a foundation of empathy, inclusion, and compassion. I believe these values are essential to building a strong therapeutic alliance and helping you achieve your goals in therapy.
